I’m going through a really stressful period at work at the moment, hence why I thought about compiling this blog! Sometimes the pressure and the pure volume of work can get overwhelming and you just need to take a step back and consider what’s really important.
We all go through stressful periods in life, and some stress can even be good for us. When it gets too much though, our bodies and our minds let us know in one way or another.
